We have had many students who have taken the course who are not in the U.S. The course principles are designed to work no matter what country you live in. The only aspect of the course that will be different if you are outside of the U.S. will be the taxes section and legalities section.
The contracts were created by attorneys licensed in the U.S. and they are based on U.S. law. While we do have several people who have used our contracts that do not live in the U.S., we recommend speaking with an attorney in [the country where the business is based] before using the templates to ensure that your rights are protected.
We also advise all students to look into the specific tax regulations for starting an online business in the city / state / country where they live. As a part of the VA Toolbox included in the SavvySystem, you will also get the contact information for the attorney who created the contracts for you to ask specific questions about your unique legal situations.
